I HAD MY VEHICLE TOWED IN FOR A SHIFTER CABLE ISSUE YOU REPAIRED IT. I HAVE A EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR THE REPAIRS WHICH WILL PAY RETAIL PRICES. THEN YOUR AGENT EXPLAINED THAT YOUR PART WAS $40. MORE THAN MY EXTENDED WARRANTY WOULD COVER. ITS THE MAIN REASON I CHOOSE A AFTERMARKET REPAIR SHOP. MY NET COST WOULD HAVE BEEN LESS. I’M DISAPPOINTED BY THE DIFFERENCE IN YOUR RETAIL COST VS THE INDUSTRY.

Cameron greeted us when we arrived at the dealership and we discussed what vehicle we were considering. He arranged for he test drive and took us out on the road. When we returned, we opted to purchase that model, just a different color so he arranged for the search for the one we wanted. Several days later he notified us that it had arrived. Went back in and reviewed all the paperwork with Terrance who did a great job of explaining everything to us. Cameron then programmed my phone, reviewed android auto and set up myGMC. Overall a great experience.

The people I dealt with were very professional and polite. I did feel that the amount of time it took to diagnose a bad ground wire (over 4 hrs at 185.00/hr) costing me just under 1000.00 with parts and labor, was excessive. The vehicle is a 2005 GMC Sierra which does not have all the bells and whistles that newer trucks have!

I recently wanted to switch out of a lease to purchase a brand new truck. Cameron, Joe, and Terrence all worked hard to make this happen, from finding the exact truck that I wanted and going a few states over to pick it up and the appreciation they have for loyal customers. Terrence and Joe also helped make the financing part easy and worked to make a deal that worked for me. The customer service is always great at Ingersoll in Watertown, from the buying experience to the service department, it is top notch. I travel the extra 30 minutes to deal with them instead of going to the GMC dealership I have in town. Best dealer experience I’ve had.

While changing the wiper blades, the technician somehow broke the windshield. Fortunately a replacement was available from a glass dealer who was able to replace the windshield within a couple of hours. The dealer did not charge me for the service that I had brought the truck in for. A major inconvenience waiting around for several additional hours. Now, this morning, I discover that the drivers side door lock not functioning properly unless I use the key fob. Was working fine up until I brought it in for service! Now, I need to set up another appointment to deal with this issue!!!

I went in for an oil change but my main priority was to get the squeak out of my front brakes that has been an ongoing issue ever since my front brakes were installed 22,000 miles ago. I brought my truck back countless times about the noise. Nothing was done. Kept getting BS excuses. Not only that, my back brakes and rotors needed to be changed. I said sure, go ahead and they were not done. I will not be going back to this dealership. Peace out.

The service experience was smooth and communication was excellent. 0 stars though for GMC quality. Over the past month I’ve had approximately $3,500 in repairs and the car was bought new and only has about 85,000 miles. This is my 3rd GMC and nothing but headaches. Another one I had from same dealership had several thousand dollars over the course of a few months at around the same mileage. Next car purchase. - not a GM. Build quality or get out of the business.

As my husband can no longer manage bills, car maintenance etc., dealing with car issues was new to me. I was told, I needed extensive work. My issue is not with the service team itself. They were tentative however some things are still needed to be addressed. There is still a rattle in my left front door when driving on the highway, also the compressor is making a loud noise and they verified it needs to be replaced however, the sales manager refuses to pay for that repair. On a good faith effort, he did offer me employee pricing however I haven’t even made my first payment yet and I don’t feel I should put out $400 plus for a repair that should’ve been addressed during the certification. It is a safety issue. The vehicle keeps losing pressure from the shocks and I’m guessing that is why the compressor has burned out or is failing. I am not happy with this at all. I have addressed it with my sales person who refuses to return my emails. I chose Ingersoll because of their reputation. I am completely dissatisfied with the after sale process.

This is my experience: I arrived at my confirmed appointment for 9:00am on Friday, 12/19. I was one car behind a car that was partially in the bay waiting to be processed by the Service gentleman. The Service gentleman proceeded to move the vehicle in front of me through the service bay to what I'm assuming would be where the vehicles get their worked done. I stayed just outside the bay, waiting for one of the two service advisers to wave me in. Neither one of them lifted their head up. It was raining outside. After a couple minutes, with the overhead door still open and not being waved in, I pulled into the bay where the service gentleman gave me a thumbs up that my vehicle was in the acceptable position. As I was getting out of my vehicle and confirming the key fob was in the console with the Service gentleman, a service advisor got up from his desk, came into the bay and angrily told me to pull my vehicle up further so he could close the bay overhead door. He then turned around and went back to his desk. I then had to enter the service advisers area and deal with a very unfriendly adviser as he processed my service. I then went into the service waiting area for 2hrs. Other patrons, who obviously has scheduled appointment after me, were processed and their service completed before me. I ended up calling someone at the Dealership, to express my frustration and try to understand why its was taking so long to complete my oil change. The person on the phone then tried calling the service advisor in which they came back on the phone and said that the service advisors were not picking up the phone. It wasn't until I went to the viewing window, where I could see the service advisors, looking directly at the them, that he finally called me in to process the service and payment. This was extremely frustrating for me or anyone who would have had to experience such an unpleasant and unprofessional service advisor. I'm considering to never use this dealerships service department in the future. Loyal customers should never be subjected to this type of interactions.

Alexis was great, i didn’t felt pressured into anything, she helped me get exactly what i was looking for. And the test drive it was freezing late at night she toughed it out and still filled it up with gas. Ended up waiting a week for one, she let me knew right away when it came in, changed a few things around all worked out. Overall great experience and more than happy with the purchase. For the record Danbury was not a good experience, was looking at a different model then saw the canyon but sales guy was pressuring a sale for a sierra saying you don’t want the canyon it’s a boys truck, and wouldn’t take no for answer, Watertown great experience.
